Unfortunately we do not have a physical retail shop. We work out of a warehouse and we are unable to offer pickups. Every order needs to placed online then we post your order with Australia Post!
Here at Freshness Vape Co. we ship orders daily between Monday-Friday, we have a cut off time of 7.30am est (Sydney Time). Any order placed after 7.30am will ship out the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery. We only use Australia Post for all shipping.
We only accept PayPal for payment. We cannot accept any bank transfers or money orders. You dont need a PayPal account to make a purchase with us. You have the option to checkout and make a payment using PayPal's guest checkout.
We will email you the tracking information before your order has been shipped. Australia Post will aslo send you an automated email when we prepare the details. Occasionally we get overwhelmed with orders, when this happens we will email you after your order has been shipped.

Freshness Vape Co. has been mixing E-Liquids from around early 2014. The head honcho (Chris) keeps his recipes closely guarded. Only until early 2016 Freshness Vape Co. launched its own line of E-Liquids available for the public to purchase. We have a dedicated clean room with precise equipment to ensure each and every batch is exactly the same as the last.
